Hello! My name is Bernadette. I am a massage therapist with 19 years experience. I graduated from Massage Art Center of Philadelphia in 2004. Throughout my career I have worked in a spa and I have also worked alongside a chiropractor for 4 years. Massage therapy is not just my career, it is my passion. We all struggle with some sort of trauma to our bodies, which massage can heal. Our bodies are our vehicles that help us travel this road of life. We put our bodies through a lot of wear and tear and we require maintenance to keep us performing our best. We store a lot of unnecessary stuff in our bodies and our muscle memory does not let us forget it! So let’s cleanse and detoxify for a healthier you!
